2/ Maintenance

It is important to take care of your shoes.

We recommend using a suede-safe waterproofer before first use. Waterproof the pair regularly: every 2/3 uses.

To clean suede: soak a clean cloth in a mixture of warm water and white vinegar, then rub gently.

Free returns within 15 days in mainland France. Return costs outside mainland France are your responsibility.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the package using the same payment method used.

To return a product, you can request it by email using your order number. Print the return slip and include it in the package.
