WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order or if you change your mind, we are here to help. We are committed to giving you a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, please return the item in a resalable condition—unworn and in its original packaging—within 14 days of receipt. We will process your request promptly.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

Free returns to collection points
- Send a request to hello@humayaparis.com stating the reason for the return. Remember to add "RETURN" followed by your order number in the subject line.
- You will receive an email containing the carrier label to affix to your package, as well as a return slip. Be sure to print the return slip and include it in your package, as it is crucial for identifying your return. Important: it will be used to identify your return, so it is essential to include it in your package.
- Drop off the parcel at the MONDIAL RELAY collection point of your choice.

Note: For a second return concerning the same order, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

- You will need to cover the delivery costs and select the carrier of your choice.
Upon receipt of the package, our quality control department will assess the condition of the returned merchandise. No refund will be issued if the returned product is worn, soiled, damaged, and/or cannot be resold. It is essential that all returned items have all their original labels (barcode, composition) and be packaged in their original condition, without any alteration.
If your return is refused, you will receive an email notification.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
To make an exchange, simply return the item and place a new order as usual on our online store.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE REFUND?
If the item is returned in a resalable condition—that is, unworn and in its original packaging—within 14 days of receipt, we will process the refund. Your refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving your return package. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
